What happens if my campaign doesn't meet the agreed performance goals?
At BRAME, we continuously optimize your campaign in real time to not only achieve, but even exceed, the agreed performance guarantees. Should the goals still not be achieved, we will provide free additional media inventory until your booked contract investment is fully met. In special individual cases, a credit note can also be issued.
How long is the lead time for a campaign?
Have you already decided on the concept for your campaign? Perfect! Please submit your creative assets at least 10 working days before your campaign is scheduled to start. This gives us enough time to optimally prepare everything for go-live.
How high are the production costs for the creatives/engagement ads?
With BRAME Media Solutions, designing and producing your creatives/engagment ads for all paid media campaigns is completely free of charge. You don't have to plan for any additional production costs — this service is included free of charge.
Which billing models do you offer?
Depending on the KPI, Brame Media Solutions campaigns can be purchased on different billing pojnts as follows:
- Cost per mil (CPM)
- Cost per engagement (engagement = active click on the creative)
- Cost per click (click = click out)
- Cost per session (requires BRAME Performance Pixel to be implemented on the advertiser's website)
When is the invoicing carried out during a campaign?
BRAME issues invoices on a monthly basis. Electronic delivery takes place no later than the fifth calendar day of the following month. The invoice is based on the services actually provided in the previous month.
